Founded by Chef Apple in the heart of Chiang Mai, our studio is more than just a kitchen. It's a place where laughter, stories, and the aroma of home-cooked Thai meals come together. Every dish you learn here is rooted in generations of family recipes, prepared with traditional techniques and shared around the table — just like we do at home.
We believe that the best way to learn Thai cuisine is not in a classroom, but in a warm, friendly space filled with genuine hospitality. Whether you're making curry paste from scratch or stirring a wok over a wood fire, you'll feel like part of our family.

My aunt has cared for our family farm in San Patong Village her whole life. She loves every part of it and has always made farm life fun. If you visit, you’ll get to meet her and see the farm through her eyes.

Meet Our Youngest Aunt
I’m the youngest aunt of Apple, currently at San Patong Farm helping to care for and manage the farm. Since my eldest sister is getting older, I take care of keeping everything running smoothly and making sure the farm stays in great shape.
