Hi! I'm Apple, a government-certified Thai chef from Chiang Mai and the founder of Cookventure. With a deep passion for Lanna culinary arts, I offer authentic, hands-on cooking experiences both in town and at our family’s organic farm. Our studio is officially registered and recognized, making our long-term courses fully eligible for the DTV Visa application. Join us for real Thai flavors, professional guidance, and warm hospitality!

I’m the youngest aunt of Apple, currently at San Patong Farm helping to care for and manage the farm. Since my eldest sister is getting older, I take care of keeping everything running smoothly and making sure the farm stays in great shape.
