 Our first stop is the local market inside the old city of Chiang Mai, where you'll have the opportunity to learn, touch, and taste all the ingredients and seasonings that make Thai cuisine so special

COOKING CLASS AT FARM

We start by picking up our experience bookers around 8 am from their hotels in downtown Chiang Mai. Then, we head to the organizer's house to take a break for snacks, coffee, and drinks, allowing everyone to relax and prepare. Afterward, we proceed to the local market in Old Chiang Mai city, where we learn and shop for fresh ingredients for the cooking class. Participants have the opportunity to discover the ingredients and condiments needed for the upcoming cooking experience.

From the market, it's drive to our farm adventure located just outside the city, approximately 30 minutes away.

Once we arrive at the farm, we dive into cooking three delectable dishes amidst the natural surroundings:

Som Tum (Papaya Salad)
Kao Soi
Mango Sticky Rice

Cooking is done over a wood fire in this idyllic setting. Everyone is welcome to explore the farm, take pictures, and even harvest some ingredients for the cooking class.

After our farm cooking experience, we drive back to the city and drop off our experience bookers at their respective hotels.
